Return Policy

Our focus is to keep our customers happy; therefore, all our products are inspected prior to shipping and we make sure that all products are in perfect condition when they leave our shipping department. All returns must be pre-approved by our Customer Service Department. In case you are ever dissatisfied with your purchase, please call us at 786 534 6128 within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise to obtain a return authorization number. The return authorization number must be clearly marked on your return package. Merchandise must be in the original packaging and cannot be returned damaged or broken. All merchandise returned without authorization number will be subject to 60% restocking fee or $20.00 whichever is higher.
